Processing & Shipping Time

• All orders are shipped via An Post within 2 to 5 working days, though most deliveries arrive sooner.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and ranges between €6 (no tracker number) and €9 (with tracker number).
• Free shipping on orders over €100.

In-Store Collection

If you prefer, you can collect your order in person at our location:
  107 Talbot Street, Second Floor, Dublin
• Once your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Returning Police

Defective Product Exchange Policy – BraziCare Beauty

If you’ve received a product with damaged packaging or any other fault, you can request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving it.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@brazicarebeuty.com with:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Photos showing the damaged packaging or product fault

  2. We’ll review your request, and if approved, we’ll send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Exchange Conditions

• The exchange will only be made for the same product as originally purchased.
• We do not accept exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
• If the product is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit for a future purchase.
